Daily 10 push up
I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 0hh:3mm:20ss !
Good morning friends, how are you all, I hope you are all very good boy Aslam, today I am sharing some scenes with you again today with the same physical exercise where I push up 10 times a day is very good physically.
In fact, I try to do push ups whenever I have the time, so you can sit at home but do a physical exercise.
