Fresh Corn and coconut combo

It's a cold Tuesday and what else do you expect when we are at the peak of raining season??

For about 4 days now its being raining here nonstop leaving everyone mostly indoors.

Well I decided to enjoy myself with this combo. Trust me you will love to try and if you do, there's no going back on it.

Here's me enjoying my sweet corn with coconut.

Sweet corn is one of the cereal crops mostly planted by us and since it his season why not. Though it has suddenly become expensive as its gradually going out of season.

There are different ways one can enjoy eating their corn.

With dried fish (could be bonga fish or cat fish)
With avocado pear
With coconut as seen or with normal Nigerian Pear

Either of the combo is delish and so yummy.

Good thing is that it's super filling and can take you for long.
