Me bajé una aplicación que me sirve para controlar el sistema de ayuno intermitente al cual empecé a someterme, con la intención de bajar de peso.
Hasta ahí todo es maravilloso!

Pero cuando empiezan las notificaciones de la App, puede que empieces a perder un poco la cordura.

Hasta ahora me ha funcionado de maravillas, pero en estos casos, siempre será un plus tomar todo el proceso con humor para no abandonarlo al poco tiempo.

Con silenciar las notificaciones tienes, pero entonces como sabrás lo que te corresponde hacer? Todo un dilema...

Un poco de humor para terminar el año con una sonrisa en el rostro y unos cuantos kilos menos también.
