Pilates studio photo session - Monomad Challenge.
On this occasion, I want to share a photography session I did in my studio for two Pilates instructors. They hired my services because they needed professional photographs to create advertising flyers for a class they will be teaching in a few days.
The first thing I did was take a couple of photographs of them together with their mats to establish the Pilates theme:
En esta ocasión les quiero compartir una sesion de fotos que hice en mi estudio para dos instructoras de pilates que contrataron mi servicio porque necesitaban unas fotografias profesionales para hacer flyers publicitarios de una clase que darán en unos dias.
Lo primero que hice fue hacerle un par de fotos juntas con los mats para dar la tematica de pilates:
One of the girls changed her outfit to ensure more variety when editing their flyers:
Una de las chicas se cambió la ropa para tener mas variedad a la hora de editar sus flyers:
Then, the other girl also changed her clothes for greater variety. At this point, we started taking the actual Pilates photos, the idea was to simulate the girls teaching a Pilates class:
Luego la otra chica también se cambio la ropa para tener mayor variedad y en este punto empezamos a hacer las verdaderas fotos de pilates, la idea era simular como que las chicas estaban haciendo una clase de pilates:
We did several poses to have variety in the photographs:
Hicimos varias poses para tener variedad en las fotografías:
Since the photographs are for advertising a class, it was also important to capture several shots where one instructor was explaining to the other girl how to perform the movements correctly:
Como las fotos son para publicidad de una clase tambien era importante capturar varias fotos en las que una de las instructora estuviera explicando a la otra chica como hacer los movimientos correctamente:
And at this point, I suggested taking a couple of individual photographs:
Y en este punto le sugerí hacer un par de fotografías individuales:
Then the next girl:
Luego la siguiente chica:
I took all the photographs with my Canon R8 camera, a 24-105mm f/4 lens, and two light sources.
At the end of the photography session, both the girls and I were super happy with the results. I hope you like them as much as we did!
Todas las fotos las tomé con mi camara Canon R8, un lente 24-105mm 4/f y dos puntos de luces.
