Pilates for the woman's day - Monomad Challenge.
A few days ago Women's Day was celebrated in Venezuela and a friend who is a pilates instructor held a class in honor of all women so she hired my services to document the entire class in photo and video, in this publication I will show you my favorite photos of that day.
I started by taking a couple of photos of the instructors before all the other women arrived, first a couple of photos together.
Hace unos dias se celebró en Venezuela el dia de la mujer y una amiga que es instructura de pilates hizo una clase en honor a todas las mujeres asi que contrató mis servicios para que documentara en foto y video toda la clase, en esta publicacion les mostraré mis fotos favoritas de ese dia.
Empezé por hacer un par de fotos de las instructoras antes de que llegaran todas las demas mujeres, primero un par de fotos juntas:
And then I took an individual portrait of them, in these photos I wanted the microphones to be visible since they both looked very professional!
Y luego les hice un retrato individual, en estas fotos quise que se vieran los microfonos ya que ambas se veian muy profesionales!
The minutes passed and the class began, they gave their class normally and without stopping, I was documenting the entire process!
Pasaron los minutos y empezó la clase, ellas dieron su clase con normalidad y sin detenerse, yo fuí documentando todo el proceso!
While one instructor gave the general explanation the other instructor observed and corrected each of the participants.
Mientras una instructora daba la explicacion general la otra instructora iba observando y corrigiendo a cada una de las participantes:
The truth is that both girls do an excellent job as a team to give the class in the best possible way!
La verdad es que ambas chicas hacen un excelente trabajo en equipo para dar la clase de la mejor manera posible!
At the end of the class I took the typical photo with all the girls together!
Al finalizar la clase hice la típica foto con todas las chicas juntas!
Then the girls shared and a toast was made in honor of Women's Day!
Luego las chicas hicieron un compartir y se hizo un brindis en honor al dia de la mujer!
I took all the photos with my Canon R8 camera, a 50mm 1.8/f lens and a flash on top of my camera.
At the end all the girls were super happy with their photos and I hope you like them as much as we do!!
Todas las fotos las tomé con mi camara Canon R8, un lente 50mm 1.8/f y un flash encima de mi camara.
Al final todas las chicas quedaron super contentas con sus fotos y espero que a ustedes les gusten tanto como a nosotros!!
