In the current scenario, where the propaganda of unhealthy food is everywhere, finding food options that benefit our health can be a challenge. That is why today I bring you an invaluable option for the inhabitants of Maracay: the vegetarian restaurant Verde y Verde.
En el panorama actual, donde la propaganda de comida poco saludable está por doquier, encontrar opciones alimenticias que beneficien nuestra salud puede ser todo un desafío. Es por ello que hoy les traigo una opción invaluable para los habitantes de Maracay: el restaurante vegetariano Verde y Verde.
Located in the heart of the Parque Aragua Shopping Center, one of the most emblematic of the city, this little corner stands out for offering a 100% vegetarian culinary proposal, with an emphasis on quality and flavor. With a trajectory that goes back years, Verde y Verde is one of the most veteran restaurants in the area, and personally I am glad to see that it continues to delight its diners with exquisite dishes at truly affordable prices.
During my recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available. From the comforting Eggplant Pasticho to the tempting Neapolitan Eggplant, to the innovative Pavilion with soy meat, the menu offers a diverse and appetizing range of dishes to suit all tastes. I opted for the rice with vegetables as my main course, accompanied by a delicious pumpkin soup and a refreshing natural juice.
Situado en el corazón del Centro Comercial Parque Aragua, uno de los más emblemáticos de la ciudad, este pequeño rincón se destaca por ofrecer una propuesta culinaria 100% vegetariana, con un énfasis en la calidad y el sabor. Con una trayectoria que se remonta a años atrás, Verde y Verde es uno de los restaurantes más veteranos de la zona, y personalmente me alegra ver que continúa deleitando a sus comensales con platos exquisitos a precios verdaderamente accesibles.
Durante mi reciente visita, quedé gratamente sorprendida por la variedad de opciones disponibles. Desde el reconfortante Pasticho de Berenjenas hasta la tentadora Berenjena a la Napolitana, pasando por el innovador Pabellón con carne de soya, el menú ofrece una gama diversa y apetecible de platos para todos los gustos. Opté por el arroz con vegetales como plato principal, acompañado de una deliciosa sopa de calabaza y un refrescante jugo natural.
Now let's talk about the prices. For as little as $5, you can enjoy a soup of your choice, the main course with two sides and a fresh juice. Considering that other fast food chains easily double that price per person, Verde y Verde's value for money is unbeatable. And I must admit that the portions are generous; I couldn't even finish all the rice!
Hablemos ahora de los precios. Por tan solo 5$, puedes disfrutar de una sopa de tu elección, el plato principal con dos acompañantes y un jugo natural. Considerando que otras cadenas de comida rápida fácilmente duplican ese precio por persona, la relación calidad-precio de Verde y Verde es imbatible. Y debo admitir que las porciones son generosas; ¡ni siquiera pude terminar todo el arroz!
