Rot – Die unbestrittene Königin der Farben

The colour red symbolises devotion, life, fire, sexuality and love. Likewise, we associate it with energy (hence the volcano) and romance.

Die Farbe Rot symbolisiert Hingabe, das Leben, Feuer, Sexualität und Liebe. Ebenso verbinden wir sie mit der Energie (daher auch mit dem Vulkan) und der Romantik.

Red catches the attention. In addition, the colour is fondly used to describe erotic feelings. There are the red lips, the red-painted fingernails and the red high heels. When the colour red comes into play, hardly anyone remains unimpressed.

Rot zieht die Aufmerksamkeit auf sich. Außerdem wird die Farbe liebend gerne genutzt, um erotische Gefühle zu beschreiben. Da wären die roten Lippen, die rot-lackierten Fingernägel und die roten Stöckelschuhe. Wenn die Farbe Rot ins Spiel kommt, bleibt kaum jemand unbeeindruckt.

Red inspires our thoughts because it is the most spirited of the entire spectrum. It hardly matters whether you love the colour or not, it still affects you in all its nuances.

Rot inspiriert unsere Gedanken, weil sie die temperamentvollste aus dem gesamten Spektrum ist. Da spielt es auch kaum eine Rolle, ob man die Farbe liebt oder nicht, sie tangiert dich trotzdem in allen Nuancen.

When the red Ferrari pulls up, it certainly doesn't remain unnoticed. But the same can be said for the arrival of a fire engine. We do not need to say any more about the traffic signs, which are superficially red.

Wenn der rote Ferrari parkt, bleibt er mit Sicherheit nicht unbemerkt. Gleiches kann man aber auch bei der Ankunft eines Feuerwehrautos behaupten. Über die Verkehrsschilder, die vordergründig rot sind, brauchen wir keine weiteren Worte zu verlieren.
