Black Gram Panjiri or Sweet snack

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well and enjoying healthy and delicious food. Today is Sunday and I am sharing very healthy and my most favourite winter recipe that is actually sweet but healthy and good for back bone. I learned to make it from my mother. It's Black Gram Panjiri sweet snack. It's really really tasty ๐Ÿ˜‹. I want to share my sweet dish recipe with all of you so let's start process.

Ingredients

2 kg black Gram flour

One kg desi ghee

One kg sugar

Crushed coconut and almonds

Pistachios

Cashews

Process

First I made flour of black gram at home in the blender. Then put it aside. Another side I crushed coconut and almonds with the help of stone and also put it aside. Then I took a wide pan added desi ghee and melt it under midum flame.

After melting desi ghee I added black chickpeas flour in the ghee then mixed well the flour in the ghee so that no lumps left.

I cooked flour until the colour change and the aroma spread of cooked flour. I consistently stir the spatula so that flour didn't burnt.

Then I added sugar in the mixture and also added crushed dry fruit in it and mixed well again. You guys can used sugar as per your taste.

After half an hour effort my sweet dish is ready. We stored it in the container for enjoying winters also with tea. You can see final look.

Final look

I hope you guys will like my healthy sweet snack. Don't forget also giving me feedback and reviews. See you soon. Take care. Bye bye.
