Chicken Beans 🫛

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog for sharing with all of you . I hope you guys are well and enjoying yummy food in these summer days . Many vegetables are eaten in summer so I cooked today beans 🫛 with chicken . It's also my favourite vegetable and mostly eaten in summers . I want to share my recipe so let's start the process .

Ingredients

Half kg chicken

One kg beans

Onions

Tomatoes

Ginger garlic paste

Green chillies

Spices

Salt

Red chilli

Turmeric

Black pepper

Garam masala

Cumin seeds

Dry grind coriander

Chilli flakes

Process

First I took out beans seeds and washed under water . At the other side I also washed chicken and prepared ingredients .

I fried chicken in the oil till the colour change into the golden brown then I added cut whole ingredients in fry chicken .

I stir fry whole ingredients in the chicken then I added whole spices that I mentioned above as per taste . I added half glass water in the chicken for cooking chicken gravy .

Later on I added beans 🫛 in the chicken and mixed well . Then I added one and half glass water again for cooking beans well .

After half an hour beans were cooked and oil left . We eat it with wheat bread and enjoyed at dinner time .
