CRYPTO CRASH!! WHATS MY NEXT MOVE?

Most major crypto dipped significantly today, pretty sure most were shocked and wanted to know the reason, for what is going on here?

Well, simply put: The Federal Reserve is working on making policy to control the rate hikes, basically crazy inflation!
This lead to a dip in the stock market which is also being reflected in the crypto market.

Now, the next question is, what next?
Should I buy, hold or sell?
Well, personally panic selling is never the answer.
In the same way, panic buying is not a good idea either, there is a high possibility of the market tanking even more!
So, I'm just gonna hold and see where the market goes from here, now is not the time to buy, buy when it has hit the lowest and the bulls start to show up!
