Today I came to one of the traditional markets to see some of the sales of agricultural products from the local community, I came to one of the increasing sales places, namely the banana market, currently the demand for bananas is very rapid, the harvest is also abundant in various villages, banana enthusiasts are certainly very much, because with bananas various processed foods are served to be traded again

In traditional markets today bananas are the most sought after processed ingredients, as well as banana farms also produce some perfect bananas with increasing market demand banana farmers also feel fulfilled for the family economy, there are several bananas today that are most interested by buyers to be processed there are several bananas, such as:

• Banana kapok
• horn banana
• Plantain
• Jackfruit banana
  And some others...

Jackfruit bananas are the most widely planted bananas by farmers, because processed jackfruit bananas when ripe or yellow are often used as banana fritters in various flavors, such as bananas fried with flour until crispy and then covered with chocolate and cheese.

Then bananas that are still not ripe are also very much needed, usually will be processed for chips, bananas that are needed for chips usually farmers will sell kapok bananas, bananas that are still hard or green in color and the contents are still white.

Likewise, consuming bananas is very beneficial for the body and the health of the body, because in the content of bananas there are various and nutrients for the body, ranging from the benefits of banana kapok to treat blood sugar levels, and jackfruit bananas which also have benefits for the body that has vitamin c, Vitamin A and maintain kidney health, and several other benefits, therefore the recommendation to consume bananas is needed by humans.
