Name of the dish"nargisi kofta".This dish is based

on meat&eggs.Many people like this dish.I hope when

Recipe(How to make Nargisi kofty):

For Koftas;

• Eight eggs
•  500 grams finely ground lamb mince 
•  1 medium sized onion chopped very fine 
•  1 tablespoon garlic chopped very fine 
•  1 teaspoon turmeric powder  
•  1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 
•  Salt to taste  
•  6 to 8 cups vegetable cooking oil for deep frying
