Este año el Bitcoin Pizza Day tuvo celebración masiva, me encantó ver a personas de todas partes del mundo celebrando esta fecha emblemática para el mundo cripto. El año pasado organizamos en mi ciudad, un evento que tuvo excelente asistencia y muchísima pizza deliciosa pagada con Bitcoin, pero este año nos superamos y gracias a nuestros sponsors pudimos subir de nivel y organizar un evento mucho más genial.

This year Bitcoin Pizza Day had a massive celebration, I was delighted to see people from all over the world celebrating this emblematic date for the crypto world. Last year we organized in my city, an event that had excellent attendance and lots of delicious pizza paid with Bitcoin, but this year we surpassed ourselves and thanks to our sponsors we were able to go up a level and organize a much cooler event.

Preparamos todo lo necesario para recibir a 100 personas y que todos pudiesen disfrutar, comer pizza, tomar cervezas, hacer networking y tener la oportunidad de ganar uno de los 22 premios que teníamos para los asistentes. Me hubiese encantado tomar más fotografías pero sabemos que formar parte del equipo organizador nos deja con muy poco tiempo libre, además en un punto de la noche tuvimos un problema con la electricidad y quedamos a oscuras jajaja pero esto no impidió que las personas siguieran disfrutando por varias horas más. De igual manera, pueden apreciar lo cool que estaba el lugar y la decoración a través de estas fotografías, además contamos con un DJ que estuvo mezclando buena música para nosotros durante la velada.

We prepared everything we needed to receive 100 people so that everyone could enjoy, eat pizza, drink beers, network and have the chance to win one of the 22 prizes we had for the attendees. I would have loved to take more pictures but we know that being part of the organizing team leaves us with very little free time, plus at one point in the night we had a problem with the electricity and we were left in the dark hahaha but this did not prevent people to continue enjoying for several more hours. You can appreciate how cool the place was and the decoration through these pictures, we also had a DJ that was mixing good music for us during the evening.

Por la falta de electricidad no logramos realizar el giveaway en vivo, pero afortunadamente, tenemos un grupo de telegram conformado por quienes formamos parte de la comunidad cripto de la ciudad, así que realizamos la dinámica por allí eligiendo a los ganadores con inteligencia artificial. Todos los participantes estuvieron felices con sus premios y con la dinámica. El día domingo estaremos realizando la entrega de premios en una cafetería de la zona, así tenemos otra excusa para compartir y conversar. Due to the lack of electricity we couldn't do the giveaway live, but fortunately, we have a telegram group formed by those of us who are part of the crypto community in the city, so we did the dynamic there, choosing the winners with artificial intelligence. All participants were happy with their prizes and with the dynamics. On Sunday we will be doing the awards ceremony in a local coffee shop, so we have another excuse to share and talk.
