When creating this symbol, I considered what makes a solid relationship.
Because I’ve had experience with unbalanced relationships, I’ve learned how to create mutuality.
In my symbol, there is a center focus, while on either side of the balanced teeter-totter, the shapes are different.
I believe it is vital that each person stay their authentic “self” while working together and respecting individual ideas and feelings.
In the past, I have allowed people to dictate who I am, denying the real me. Consequently, in the past, I was unbalanced
and unfulfilled. I wasn’t honest about what I wanted to do or be, making me unhappy. After two divorces, I finally know who I am and have found mutuality with my soul mate.
