Having a Belgian BRICE - Blonde

From my last trip to Belgium, I still had a few treasures in the fridge. Tonight, I opened the second-to-last one: Brice Blonde, clocking in at a solid 6.8% ABV.

Right after pouring, the beer already got me excited – the strong, fruity aroma and that rich foam head just made it really inviting. Honestly, it turned out to be one of the best Belgian beers I brought back from that trip. It’s super balanced, fresh, and full of flavor – one of those beers that just makes you go yep, that hits right.

I do enjoy a local beer here and there, but Belgian beers? They’re in a different league. Always a treat when I have one in the fridge.

Now there’s just one left – a Christmas beer. And nope, I’m not waiting until December. Beer is beer, and I’ll enjoy it whenever I want. Christmas in summer? Why not 😄
