Market Research, Testing the water with time shares...
So I wonder if any steemit users would be interested in buying a time share in the east of Europe, close to the black sea.
I'm considering offering a plot of land to be used as a camp site in the first up to 3 years, plot will have electricity hook up and access to water. The first to max 3rd year you will have a plot of land to either pitch your tent or park your caravan or motor home on, and before the 3 years is up you will be upgraded to a purpose built self contained chalet that will sleep up to 4 people.
I'm of the thought that a 2 week time share will be my ideal offering and this should give 26x 2 week slots, 13x 2 week slots for the sun seeker and 13x 2 week slots for the skiers out there.
What would this be worth to you? bearing in mind that you pay once and own the time share for ever, and could visit for the full 2 weeks every year, you would be made welcome during your 2 week of ownership assuming you only want the 2 weeks as I appreciate some people will want 4 weeks.
Would you be interested? what would you consider a fair cost per 2 weeks? when would you be planning your first visit?
Thank you in advance guys...
