I sat at home today and felt bored. So I drove around the beach. And there they were busy spraying sand. I like coming here to clear my head a bit. And that usually works. In the summer it is usually busy on the beach.

I drove past these horses and the foal was running around nicely. but when I got out of my car they came to see what I was going to do. It made me happy.

I'm back home now and the round has done me good. I'm too much inside my comfort bubble. but I'm trying to break that. And get more out of my days. and only I can change that for me.
