Abducted by an alien or just a nightmare?

There are many cases all over the world, involving apparitions of ships, or even beings from another dimension, visiting or perhaps collecting information about the fauna, flora of our planet. What impresses most, is the characteristics of the objects, of the sighted beings.

Today, around noon, I went to lunch and, as usual, I turned on my cell phone and looked for documentaries to watch. strange shapes, looking for something, examining the ground and then being teleported into the light (probably alien ships).

After seeing that documentary, it came to my mind, an episode that happened to me when I was a teenager and lived on the farm, 10 kilometers away from the city, in a sparsely populated place. Sudden sleep, I quickly went to bed and as soon as I lay down I looked out of the window and saw a light coming from the horizon towards me and expanding, then I noticed something floating over me that left me paralyzed, without any reaction, it seemed a body in the shape of a plasma, and it vibrated as if it had electricity or some kind of energy in its body mass, and that remained for a minute and disappeared, leaving no trace. they were in the kitchen had gone to sleep, and it had been a few hours since I went to bed, but in my consciousness it had only been about five minutes. The most intriguing thing is to explain how I lost track of time after what happened that night and since, in my understanding, a few minutes had passed, but in real time, hours had passed.
