My inktober adventure is slowly coming to an end, yet the closer it comes, the more trouble I have with consistency.... Too much going on right now, I hope to get a little rest after October ends. what? it's November? oh maaaaan....

anyway the word for day 28 was

Gift

and since It was my birthday a few days ago I didn't have to look far for ideas.

Process

once more I try inking with pentel brushpen, so decided I need a pencil sketch first

then I slowly pull out my brush pen and carefully start the inking process. The beginning is always the worst as I seem to make more mistakes on early stage and gain more confidence and precision as I continue drawing. so it's best for me to start with less important pieces of picture...

...and then slowly move on to trickier/ more demanding part

Still a long way to go before I control a brush like a pro, but don't know about you, but I feel like I'm getting a hang of it
