🔥SEMANA DE RETO🔥 (ESP/ENG)

Hello everyone and all #HIVE and #SWC people 👋😁 here as always coming back with a new post, this time something different what I focus on and always have fun together with my partners and friends of FORTIS WORKOUT🔥.

This challenge was made and composed by our fortis workout sensei @Markworkout 😎 the exercises are as follows:

📌 muscle ups 4 points

📌 pull ups 2 points

📌 bottoms 1 point

the challenge is about doing the highest amount of muscle ups, pull ups and pull ups in less than 1 min, when you have the results you position yourself in the highest ranking something fun and what you achieve more reps in the shortest time possible😅😁 the challenge we always do it every Friday which I always try to be always active and melo melo as my friend jheison jsjsjs😅 says.
