Hello everyone I hope you've all been having a great day. Today I will be showing you how to make a noodle egg omelet its a very easy recipe.

Ingredients

A pack of instant noodle
one vienna
1 large egg
cheddar cheese

Items you need

sandwich toaster
500ml plastic jug
cheese grater
water strainer
kettle

Preparation/ step by step

Step 1

First you need to make you flavoring. Take the spice sachet and empty in to a small bowl then add a tea spoon of cooking oil and a tea spoon of soya sauce (the soya sauce in optional) then mix well.

Step 2

Place unbroken noodles into jug. Take boiling water and fill jug tell noodles are fully covered. Let soak for 1min30sec then drain water and place back in jug.

Step 3

Add flavoring then mix well then add 1large egg and mix well.

Step 4

Now you add your vienna and grated cheese and mix well.

Step 5

Pour the mix into the toaster and spread it out (not to thin) then close and let fry. ( a pan can be used )

Step 6

Add some more cheese on top then serve and enjoy.
