To the sea!
On a train heading to the coast for a couple of days. My mum had a significant birthday this week and so the family is gathering for a significant celebration!
I’ve missed doing train journeys further than London. This one is only a couple of hours, but it makes a difference. Having coffee and snacks while watching the world go by. And noise-cancelling headphones mean that i don’t have to listen to the idiot down the carriage having a conversation on loudspeaker!
Fingers crossed it warms up a little and the rain holds off!
