What I love about my weekends

Teaching is listed as one of the most stressful jobs and being in the practice of my profession I can say that it is absolutely true. The classroom teacher works before and after being on the job. You must plan your class in advance, prepare the material you will present, review and study. In the "during" an infinite number of situations can arise that are both great, exciting and not at all favorable. After the start-up it is necessary to take record of what happened, evaluate and take into account if it is necessary to rethink the strategies used. I know it is not the community of work experiences but my point is that before so much occupation comes my longed-for weekend to recharge all my energy. Yes, don't even think that I will say that I simply rest during the weekend, the work continues; however, it is my balance since I sleep a little more relaxed and what I like the most is to be able to share with my family. When Thursday arrives we are already thinking about what we will do to pamper ourselves during these days and basically it is at the level of food. I don't go out much, I love home life so I don't like to visit restaurants where they serve small portions. We enjoy organizing grills, hamburgers, sancochos that restart your existence, all always with the good humor that characterizes us; here is the right time to tell each other the problems and support each other, although the problems of my husband and his son are not as frequent as mine at the work level as they attend and manage their small businesses selling groceries. We also make a small space for tasting alcoholic beverages. This is not recurring, only when it provokes me. I have always said that you don't need alcohol in your system to have a good time.

Sundays are very respected for me; I don't drink a drop of alcohol to stay focused during the work week. Imagine going to work with a hangover and being in charge of 22 children between the ages of 7 and 8 that require your help constantly, not encouraging.

I would have liked to have participated in the second proposal of the 135 weekend engagement initiative but what goes on the internet stays on the internet forever 😁 🤣 🤣
