Our righteous opinion of the sba eidl forgiveness status. I love angry comments because it provides us with a continued opportunity to speak the TRUTH about SBA, EIDL and Forgiveness when many folks are "desperately" baiting folks to "click" through with false hopes of Forgiveness.

Who are we to state our opinion? We are simply the folks who, from March of 2020, set out to provide truthful and accurate information about the Federal COVID programs.

We did that because, based on Trevor's experience in the mortgage industry during the run-up and decline from the great mortgage meltdown of 2008, he knew how scammers, sharks, and shills would show up and put out false and inaccurate information.

We built a reputation and a successful COVID-19 consulting business by holding to our principles of truth and accuracy, so much so that we obtained over $70M in COVID-19 Federal financing for our Clients.

Since the program ended, we remained engaged with the SBA to gather updated information for our Post-Closing Blueprint, a guidebook for Small Business Owners to use as they navigate their responsibilities and the restrictions of the COVID-19 EIDL program.

That engagement continues, with several Clients hiring us to assist with challenges they're facing currently either to sell business assets, or to set up their payments profiles, or to dissolve their businesses.

To further respond to your question of "Who...are (we)...to say?" We speak to the SBA almost every week. We're getting real-time and accurate information.

And, simply to reiterate: the SBA's COVID-19 EIDL program is NOT forgivable. SBA does not have the authority to forgive Federal debt.

Do you want your COVID-19 EIDL to become forgivable? Then you must DO THE WORK! Contact your political representatives in Washington D.C., Senators, and Congresspeople, and demand they create legislation that makes your loan forgivable.

Or, you can practice "radical acceptance" to understand two things:

1. You took out a LOAN from the United States Government
2. You have to REPAY this LOAN and you have other responsibilities and restrictions

Instead of arguing about forgiveness, instead of living in a fantasy world of hoping the loan is forgiven, accept the reality of what we are telling you. It's your BUSINESS and it's your LIVELIHOOD.

Do you want to put that in jeopardy because you want to believe people who peddle fantasies about forgiveness? Or...do you want to earn your income, grow your business, by accepting the cold hard reality of the EIDL program, with FACTS given to you by US as we seek to protect you by doing what we have always done: tell the truth, even if it's difficult to hear, even if it's not what you want to hear.

Trevor retired from Mortgage Banking in 2018. He brought the standards he developed in his mortgage financing career along with his customer service background with the once famous "Crazy Eddie" retail chain to assist business owners and entrepreneurs manage the day-to-day doldrums when it came to securing business financing before & during COVID.
