SOME ARTISTIC INSPIRATIONS
Hello, my friends! I hope you are enjoying your Easter! How are you today?
Well, these days ago I was showing my illustrations to my drawing teacher at the college and he said the tracing of my illustrations look like Crepax! I became instantly happy and honored because Crepax is one of the artists I get inspiration from.
Guido Crepax (1933-2013) was an Italian drawing artist and comics creator. He became famous by creating “Valentina” in 1995, a sexy and misterious woman who gained a series in his comics. He also made his versions in comics for the classic erotic dramas e tales, such as Sade’s Justine, Pauline Reagé’s Histoire D’O, and Emmanuelle. His aesthetic is known by being noir and cinematographic.
My other inspiration is Apollonia Saintclair and I use to say I want to be like her “when I grow up” hahah. She does erotic art too in a very potent and imaginative way. She works with ink only, like I do, and her tracing, her perspective…everything amazing! Her identity is a mistery, that’s the reason she is compared to Banksy, but she has Instagram, it’s @apollonia.saintclair
Another artist I have as an inspiration as well is Petites Luxures. Her or him identity is also a mistery but she/he has Instagram, it’s @petites.luxures. This artist makes a very delicate and implicit erotism with simple tracing. Beautiful!
If you are interested in art, erotic art, I recomend you to search these artists, and there are many others I will write about in another post. You will not regret!
I wish you a sweet Easter to all of you and I great week start! XOXO
