My Actifit Report Card: April 4 2023

My friends want to go play disc golf, but my arm is still hurting, so I have declined to join them. I spend the day doing some yard work. I've got another three feet of bramble bushes cleared, and at this rate, I should be able to get enough room to plant a fruit tree in a couple of weeks.

Of course, I had to do the usual walk today as well. It seems to help my arm to do some gentle walking exercise and slow stretching.
