...La dinámica en Venezuela desde hace bastante tiempo ha sido convulsionada y hardcore tanto en su periodo neoliberal como en la actualidad en vías hacia el Socialismo, costumbres que se fidunde mediante su constructo social las formas de relacionarnos en sociedad en la que ese merejumbé da cabida expresiones culturales.

Por nuestra insana dependencia del Petróleo y la monoproducción de la misma nos convertimos en un país rentista y proliferó el paternalismo del Estado consintiendo a los políticos y la oligarquía de la época en la qué se vivió la crisis económica El Viernes Negro y el estallido social de El Caracazo y durante el cambio de sistema de Gobierno continuó el paternalismo pero a través del otorgamiento de divisas extranjeras de la renta petrolera por medio del control cambiario CADIVI, mecanismo donde personas naturales y jurídicas gozaron un puyero vendiendo a sobre precio los dolares que recibían a tasa preferencial.

Las empresas y productoras de eventos aprovechaban las dádivas para traer a Venezuela bandas de rock y metal qué nunca en nuestras vidas jamás imaginamos ver, no arriesgaban su capital y no producían sus propias divisas, ahora por consecuencias de las sanciones económicas el Gobierno ya no puede ser benefactor de ofrecer divisas extranjeras viendose obligados a darle espacio a las mesas de intercambio de a banca pública y privada.

En la actualidad se ven obligada las empresas a producir sus propias divisas y arriesgar su propio capital para producir un concierto de rock y evitar que se generen pérdidas económicas abriendo camino para qué sigan viniendo a Venezuela más bandas extranjeras.
