I Made Hot Chocolate
I made hot chocolate for my family. It is pretty easy, and you can make it fast. It tastes just like the hot chocolate in coffee shops. It turned a bit thick, but it was ok, I ate it all.
What you need for this hot chocolate recipe (I followed this recipe, but omitted salt)
1 tablespoon of corn flour
two tablespoons cocoa powder
two tablespoon sugar (You can omit sugar)
A pinch of salt (if you want, you can omit this as well)
A pinch of vanilla
50 grams of dark chocolate
Two glasses of milk
1 tablespoon of cream
You mix corn flour, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla and salt (if you want to add, I didn't)
I used this glasses for milk. Two glasses is about 400 grams.
So, you add two glasses of milk to your mixture and stir for about 5 minutes or less on the stove.
Then, you add the chocolates and cream and stir.
There you have it.
This was my second time making this. I think I did a good job on it. It turned out nice and delicious.
