A time for social distancing

I can see many places in the world are still struggling with the pandemic and social distancing and isolation are still very necessary. In Ghana we still have been relatively fortunate and things are more or less operating here.

So if you are feeling a little stuck in the house try to imagine isolating somewhere more enjoyable like this. Do some meditation and take some pleasurable journeys in your head.
