My favorite summer drink

During summer, the best thing to do as a human is to take a good care of our health and body and the best way to do that is to always stay hydrated.

At the same time to keep ourself hydrated we need water, I mean more fluid intake, water is essentially in human life but sometimes just water seems too plain so always want something more that can cool us down.

We don't always need to drink too much and sweet drink, we can make ourselves a fruit juice that we know will suit our taste and add ice to it to make it more exciting and give you the best cool sensation.

MY FAVORITE DRINK FOR SUMMER IS LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS
Fresh lemon
water
sugar
ice

How to make lemonade

*Dissolve your sugar in a boiling water an set aside
*Wash and cut your fresh lemon into two equal size and squeeze the juice out.
*Remove the seed and the pulp from it
*Add water to the juice then add the already dissolved sugar in it, mix it together and it is good to go with some ice.

It's best served chill in other to cool one down during summer. It is easy to make and I love its flavor and that is what makes it amazing.

Lemonade drink is such a refreshing drink, there is nothing like having a refreshing cold lemonade to cool you down on a hot sunny day.
