LEEF Founder TOKEN update

Introduction
The Leef bot has recently introduced a new command for Founder NFT holders. This command, known as lognft, allowing room owners to manage the use of NFTs within their rooms.

Command Overview
The lognft command has several subcommands that can be used to control the use of NFTs within a room. These subcommands include:

/ lognft <collection_name> <template_id>:
This subcommand can be used by the room owner to add an NFT key to the room. Once this key has been added, users will need to have the specified template_id in order to mine Leef within the room.

/ lognft on:
This subcommand can be used by the room owner to turn on the ability to mine Leef using NFTs within the room.

/ lognft off:
This subcommand can be used by the room owner to shut down the ability to mine Leef using NFTs within the room. This also resets the kick and mute abilities

/ lognft kick:
This subcommand can be used by the room owner to kick users who do not have the required NFT from the room.

/ lognft mute:
This subcommand can be used by the room owner to mute users who do not have the required NFT within the room.
