Why Lemon Balm
๐๐Lemon balm is a wonderful herb and a great addition to our gardens! I make tea from freshly picked leaves with a little honey. Great for the immune system as it possesses antiviral properties. It helps with anxiety, calms nerves and aids with sleep. (Make sure to do your own due diligence before consuming any herbs for medicinal purposes.) Lemon Balm also repels mosquitoes and smells terrific!!! We haven't had issues with mosquitoes since we planted them almost four years ago. We have four shrubs in the garden. It is prolific at self propagating like its cousin mint, so make sure to cut off runners and blossoms before it self seeds and takes over your garden. ๐ฑ๐
