DNA stands for Deoxyribonucleic acid.
What is DNA?
DNA is the blue print of an organism.
STRUCTURE OF DNA
DNA is composed of two strands each containing the complimentary nucleotides to each other.
The two strands are twisted around each other forming a helical structure for that reason it is known as duble helical DNA.
Nucleotids of DNA
- Adinine A
- Thyamine T
- Guanine G
- Cytosine C.
Pairing
- A pairs with T forming two Hydrogen bonds.
- G pairs with C forming three Hydrogen bonds.
