Cooking with charcoal

Hello, Good evening Dbuzzers! These days, our country is going through real bad economic moments and life for the people has become very full of hardships. There is no gas supply available now and so we have to go back to the times we cooked with charcoal like when I was a kid and my grandmother used it for every day cooking. I bought this charcoal container and yesterday used it for the first time. It's slow to make the coal ignite but it's fun trying to turn it on with flames. Despite the challenge, it was good and the food tasted amazing. So I'll be in barbecue mode for some time.
