What’s the Reward Pool All About?

Stakehouse Den’s reward system is powered by COLONY tokens, which are allocated by the Arcade Colony DAO. Over a 5-year span, 80 million COLONY per year are reserved for Stakehouse Den.

These tokens are divided evenly across eight games: 8 million COLONY go into standard gameplay rewards per game, and 2 million COLONY per game go into Jackpot pools.

How Game Rewards Work

Rewards in regular gameplay are distributed via a mechanism called Rshares (reward shares). To qualify, you must win a match — losing doesn’t produce any Rshares or COLONY rewards.

The formula to calculate Rshares is:

Rshares = (ColonyStakingMultiplier / 10) × (GameResultFactor / 10) × (HotSauce)^1.2

ColonyStakingMultiplier depends on how much COLONY you have staked.

GameResultFactor varies depending on the game and the type of win (the rules for that are detailed in Stakehouse Den’s “Game Overview”).

HotSauce is another parameter tied to gameplay activity.

Then, your game reward is calculated as:

Game Rewards = (Rshares ÷ (TotalRshares2Week + Rshares)) × (PoolBalance ÷ 1000)

One protective detail: no single game win can claim more than 1% of a game’s reward pool — this keeps payouts more balanced.

Jackpot Pools & Bonus Rewards

Jackpots are a separate incentive layer unlocked when a player uses at least 10,000 HotSauce in a game.

Specific jackpot triggers depend on the game:

• In Roulette, hitting a single number

• In Video Poker, hitting a royal flush

• In Blackjack, splitting aces and getting blackjack on both while the dealer doesn’t

• In Slots, hitting 777 on a spin
