Definitely yes, the new Internet is the Web 3.0, completly decentralized or let say centralized around the person, the owner of the data, not the organization/corporation.
The best way for it to happen is to have Blockchain and cryptoTech as its DNA, from where every others layer, app, device will depend.
All this can work only if it is fuelled by the Tokenization, the "blood" inside blockchain ecosystem.
Tokenization is a process of transformation of asset accounting and management to represent each asset by a digital token.
Tokenization increases liquidity of assets and removes frictions to trade. Also, it adds new features to an asset that were not inherent before. As a result assets become more valuable.
