Coffee in The Red Bar

I’d like to tell you about a bar that serves some of the most delicious coffee I’ve tasted in recent times. It’s called the Red Bar and is located in the Meliá Internacional Varadero hotel, in the province of Matanzas.

The sensory experience is wonderful as soon as you step into the bar. It’s elegantly and luxuriously decorated in shades of black and gold, with beautifully designed furniture. Every corner of the place is designed to make visitors feel comfortable whilst they enjoy the bar’s facilities. One detail I loved is that the tables are inscribed with the name of the place. I thought that was lovely, and I also loved that the furniture has cushions to make you more comfortable.

My husband was with me; as he doesn’t drink much coffee, he ordered a piña colada, which was also absolutely delicious. As for me, I ordered a café cortado, which was just right – very creamy and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed every sip. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a good coffee.

This is a café specialising in all varieties of coffee; you can order an espresso, a cortado, a cappuccino, a frapuccino, and so on. A great bonus about this place is that it has two sections: an indoor area, as described above, and an outdoor area with Balinese beds where you can enjoy a well-deserved and exquisite cup of coffee, accompanied by a majestic view. You can see both the swimming pool and the beach from there. I must confess that a sunset there is truly magical.

Something I absolutely loved was the excellent service at the Red Bar; the staff are very quick and friendly, always greeting visitors with a warm smile. I can already say that it has become one of my favourite spots for a cup of coffee. Best wishes to you all, have a lovely day.
