Evento Canóico: Fui a Sacarme la Cédula [ESP/ENG]

Antes hacer cualquier trámite en una entidad pública significaba un dolor de cabeza porque las páginas web no funcionaban óptimamente y el sistema siempre estaba colapsado, así que tenías que esperar hasta casi un año para agendar una cita; sea para sacar el pasaporte, la cédula, renovación de RIF, etc...

Hace poco actualizaron el sistema, por lo menos del Saime que es el ente gubernamental que se encarga del pasaporte y la cédula o documento de identidad; por primera vez en mis 23 años veo que un servicio del gobierno funciona de forma medianamente óptima; sin embargo, la diligencia fue un trajín horrible que me hizo sudar demasiado así que no tengo mucha esperanza con esa foto que me tomaron para el documento.

La parte buena es que ya salí de eso y ahora solo falta que me avisen para ir a la sede y retirar mi cédula, espero que ese proceso sea mucho más rápido y menos ajetreado que este.

Before, doing any procedure in a public entity meant a headache because the web pages didn't work optimally and the system was always collapsed, so you had to wait up to almost a year to schedule an appointment; whether to get a passport, ID card, renewal of RIF, etc....

Recently they updated the system, at least of Saime which is the government entity in charge of the passport and identity card; for the first time in my 23 years I see that a government service works in a moderately optimal way; however, the procedure was a horrible hassle that made me sweat too much so I don't have much hope with that photo they took of me for the document.

The good part is that I'm out of it and now I just need to be notified to go to the headquarters and get my ID card, I hope that process will be much faster and less hectic than this one.
