Las flores favoritas de mi mejor amiga Alejandra, son las Margaritas y quise hacerle un detalle único para su cumpleaños; sabía que comprar las flores se me haría algo complicado por lo limitado que tengo el tiempo desde que empecé el semestre y también que, realmente, nunca me han gustado mucho el hecho de cortar una flor para regalarla, prefiero hacer una que sea eterna y no dañe a ningún ser vivo.

Como me encantan tanto las manualidades y para el cumpleaños de mi otra mejor amiga hice una Orquídea de Origami, quise hacer algo parecido pero con las Margaritas.

My best friend Alejandra's favorite flowers are Daisies and I wanted to make her a unique gift for her birthday; I knew that buying the flowers would be complicated because of the limited time I have since I started the semester and also because I have never really liked to cut a flower to give it as a gift, I prefer to make one that is eternal and does not harm any living being.

Since I love crafts so much and for my other best friend's birthday I made an Origami Orchid, I wanted to do something similar but with Daisies.

Aunque pensé que sería más complicado este Origami, realmente fue todo lo contrario, creo que lo más complicado fue cortar los pétalos y que no se me rompieran mientras armaba la flor debido a que el papel quedaba bastante delicado; hice varias flores pero como los cortes eran tan finos, muchos se rompían en el proceso así que preferí conservar el que mejor quedó y pegarlo a el sobre que hice.

Para hacerlo es bastante sencillo, yo me ayudé mucho con este Tutorial que encontré en Youtube dónde explican el paso a paso muy bien como los materiales a utilizar, de igual forma aquí les dejó los materiales y sus medidas:

• 3 cuadros de papel blanco de 8×8 cm
• 1 cuadro de papel blanco de 6×6 cm
• 1 cuadro de papel verde de 4×4 cm
• 1 tira de papel amarillo de 2×25 cm
• 1 rectángulo de papel verde de 6×21 cm
• 1 rectángulo de papel verde de 5×10 cm
• Silicon frío
• 1 palillo para darle forma a los pétalos, hojas y ayudarse a formar el tallo

Although I thought that this Origami would be more complicated, it was really the opposite, I think the most complicated thing was to cut the petals and not to break them while I was making the flower because the paper was quite delicate; I made several flowers but as the cuts were so thin, many of them broke in the process so I preferred to keep the best one and paste it to the envelope I made.

To do it is quite simple, I helped me a lot with this Tutorial I found on Youtube where they explain the step by step very well as the materials to use, likewise here are the materials and their measurements:

3 white paper squares of 8×8 cm.
1 white paper square of 6×6 cm.
1 green paper square of 4×4 cm.
1 strip of yellow paper 2×25 cm.
1 rectangle of green paper 6×21 cm.
1 rectangle of green paper 5×10 cm.
Cold silicon
1 toothpick to shape the petals, leaves and help form the stems

A diferencia del otro regalo, esta vez no escribí una carta sino que en un sobre decorado guardé 23 papelitos con cositas que son muy personales entre mi Lupe y yo, frases y palabras que caracterizan nuestra amistad; mi idea es que cada año le iré agregando un papelito y así estos irán con su edad.

De verdad que amo demasiado las manualidades y mucho más si es para hacer regalos únicos como especiales, no por nada mi programa favorito de infancia que hasta un suéter tengo de él es Art Attack; espero les guste el regalo que le hice a mi mejor amiga como este @liketu, nos vemos pronto💙
