SINGLE FRAME JOURNEYS #3 - THE PATTERN ABOVE
Sometimes inspiration comes from the most unexpected places. This photo was taken inside a zoo building. I honestly wasn’t paying much attention to. I was mostly busy with animals 😀 I was just passing through when a little kid nearby suddenly looked up and said something to their parent. Out of curiosity I raised my head too... and that is when I saw it.
A beautiful ceiling structure full of depth, symmetry and warm light. The repeating shapes pulled my eyes straight to the center like a tunnel made of geometry. It’s funny – I almost walked past it without noticing. But kids often see more than we do. They look around not just ahead like me 😁 And that small moment reminded me that sometimes it pays to change your perspective 🙂
