Hello everyone, hope you're all doing well. Today i wanted to share something different of what i usually do which is recipes. In the past few days i watched the New York Times documentary on Britney Spears' conservatorship case. It's pretty sad to see all she's been through and how the media treated her in such a nasty way.

The documentary take us to her early years, when she was basically the biggest star on the planet, she sold more records than anyone and completely changed pop music and influenced many artist that today have expressed their admiration and respect for her such as Lady Gaga, Katy Perry or Taylor Swift.

We all remember when she shaved her head or when she attacked the paparazzi with an umbrella. People said she was crazy and the media did everything to destroy her. There's a reason for all of that, the way she was stalked by paparazzis was CRAZY. She couldn't go anywhere without having hundreds of paparazzis taking pictures of her and waiting for her next mistake to put them in the cover of the magazines and making money off her downfall.

When you look at what they did to her you totally understand why she had that breakdown in 2007 and how unfair people and the media were to her by calling her "crazy" which is something that nowadays would never happen cause people are a lot more awared of mental health issues. She was basically 16 and reporters were asking her about her boobs... THAT'S GROSS.

And now her father has been controlling her finances for the past 13 years and she can't even vote without his permission. It's pretty sad... I don't understand why a 39 year old woman is under a conservatorship cause she apparently can't make decissions or even function but yet she was able to go on world tours in the past few years, having one of the biggest shows ever in Las Vegas and also releasing number one albums and selling out stadiums. Doesn't make any sense.

I really hope she gets her freedom back... It's HUMAN RIGHTS. And this seems like modern day slavery. Would she be under a conservatorship if she didn't have all that money? i don't think so.
