RGB - Man. The Beginnings

Looking at a seperate folder in my messy collection of images on my computers hard drive and found these early beginnings of the techniques I was trying out. These stood out as a human figure placed in an image can help to add interest to some random waving of lights on a stick. Tried to build a story around 3 or 4 images at first but then decided just to create individual images and show the character in lots of different environments.

These were shot in the barn next to an abandoned 18th century flour mill was a great spot and was a brilliant explore, with many of the old workings still in place. Visited many times over a period of about 3-4 years but is now being developed which will be good for preservation of this beautiful site. I'm not sure if it's being developed for housing or as some kind of visitor experience.

Only tried this shot a couple of times with my LP buddy Matt, and I wasn't really keen on the outcome and as with many of my early images, it appeared a little childish and rudimentary, not as a criticism, but it just wasn't what I was looking for and now reminds me that my standards were beginning to get a little more critical.
