Marriage.
Did you know that to some African cultures, marriage is compulsory? For example in the bakonjo culture (Kasese -Uganda) a boy or a girl gets married even before the require age because of;
- The parents' force onto her/him telling him/her to marry or get married because they want him/her to reproduce and increase the family number.
- The kind of respect given to the married ones for example to head any meeting in either the community or in the family, they you have to be married.
- The myth and cultural beliefs, eg. (a) The say when you reach the age of 20 without producing, then become infertile. (b) when you die with out leaving a child born of your blood, then you don't belong to their so called "nyamuhanga" (God)
