Understanding body language
Experts say that when you meet someone new or have a meeting with someone, 55% of the information you get can be decoded from the body language, 38% from the vocal clues (such as speed, tone and pitch) and only 7% comes from the actual words. Therefore, there are a lot more to pay attention to than the sentences someone says.
