Fruit cakes
Today I made two simple fruit cakes, one with blueberries and the other with strawberries on top... Yummy!
It is really simple to make them: beat four egg whites, mix the yolks with two spoons of brown sugar, some lemon zest and app. four spoons of white flour. Mix the two gently together and pour the batter into a cake-mould. Put it into a preheated oven and bake it for app. 15 minutes. Let it cool and then spread home-made jam and vanilla pudding on top. Add the fruits and some red-coloured cake jelly. Voila!
