Hello my Pukumundo Family this is Pukumundo week 25 with the theme of La Voz Cantate.

VideoCapture_20220728-023156.jpg

For this week I'll be playing a guitar cover of the Christian Rock Song by Nathaniel Bassey titled "Casting Crown."

Nathaniel Bassey is a well-known Gospel artist in Nigeria and he has released multiple songs that have been and are still being sung in Churches today. Some of these songs include "Imela", "See what the Lord has done", "Onise Iyanu", "Olowogbogboro" and "Wonderful Wonder" (a song I played for my entry in Afri-tunes #20)

The Song "Casting Crown" is a song of worship and adoration to God. It is a song that proclaims God, Adonai as King who reigns on High (both in heaven and on earth and has powers over the physical and metaphysical/Spiritual Realms).

I tried replicating the song by creating and combining different layers to bring out the bass, rhythm, chorus and then the melody of the song over them.

By the way, creating videos can be a pain in the ass sometimes Imagine after shooting the different layers of your videos and having finished the audio editing, you discovered that you didn't press the START record button for your Camera 😅😅 Guilty as charged 😅 That's why the bass and chorus guitar layers didn't show.

I hope you enjoy this piece 🥰
