“Lobster Mushrooms”

Lobster mushroom season is here! My husband is self- studying about mushrooms and is very good at recognizing mushrooms. He cooked lobster mushroom and scallop pasta with blush sauce tonight. It was very tasty.

Lobster mushrooms are very easy to recognize because there aren't any mushrooms like lobster mushrooms. They look exactly like lobsters especially when they are cooked. The taste is very meaty and filling. The season is not so long so hopefully, we can find them again in the near future.

“ロブスターマッシュルーム”

ロブスターマッシュルームの季節到来です！主人は独学でキノコについて学んでいて、見極めるのが得意です。夕食にロブスターマッシュルームと帆立のブラッシュソースパスタを作ってくれました。とても美味しかったです。

他に似たようなキノコがないので、ロブスターマッシュルームは見つけやすいです。調理すると、さらにロブスターに見た目がソックリです。味は肉にくしくてお腹を満たしてくれます。シーズンは長くはないので、また近いうちに見つけられるといいなと思います。
