CHILLI, LEMON AND OLIVES SQUID. FAST AND EASY RECIPE!

Hello friends!
Here is a new recipe for you from your koala chef!
Delicious squid cooked in a pan with lemon chili and olives.

Ingredients:
squid rings
1 chili
Lemon zest
1 clove of garlic
1 pinch of salt
30 grams of olives
a glass of wine
a glass of water

cooking time: 15 minutes in a pan
Recipe difficulty: 5/10

STEPS:
-Prepare the pan with a little oil
-Add a clove of garlic
-Add the squid rings to the pan
-Add half a glass of wine
-Add the chili, lemon zest and olives
-Cook by turning the rings from time to time
-Add half a glass of water again
-Finish cooking and add a pinch of salt
