a roll of mozzarella
2-3 slices of carne salada or other cured meats to taste
salad
tomato
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
cooking time: no cooking

Hello friends! How cute are these mozzarella rolls?

Let's prepare them together !!!

Cut a tomato into 1 cm thick slices

Take a mozzarella roll and open it on a pastry board

Fill the roll with a sliced meat you like (I used the carne salada)

Fill with some salad

Then close the roll as tightly as possible

Also cut the roll into slices

Then place them on top of the tomato slices and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

It's ready!!!
