Ingredients:
70 grams of philadelphia or cream cheese
70 grams of white flour
15 grams of butter
a pinch of salt
tomato sauce
mozzarella for pizza

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 °

Remove some pieces of dough and roll them out to form small pizzas
Now set the small pizzas aside and take the tomato sauce
Add a pinch of salt, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and mix
